
Ana Loback is a Business Psychologist and Senior Executive Coach, experienced facilitator, speaker and the UK Managing Director of the TurningPoint Leadership, an award-winning global consultancy with over 200 coaches and experts, that specialises in leadership development, executive coaching and positive transformation. Ana has coached senior leaders and executive teams in international environments for over 15 years, working with some of the largest organisations in the world from tech, finance, luxury, media, pharma and retail. Ana works with leaders who are committed to being the best that they can be, helping them to unlock potential, deliver great value to their organisation and ultimately, have significant impact in shaping their industry.
Ana has expertise in leadership development, team effectiveness, positive psychology, building resilience, the psychology of performance, change management, positive organisations, and mental health and well-being.
Drawing on her extensive training in psychology and behavioural science as well as on the communication skills gained in her early career in journalism and broadcasting, Ana delivers inspirational keynotes and masterclasses to audiences around the world, sharing powerful insights on the psychology of leadership and motivation, neuroscience, positive organisations, strengths-based people development, building resilience in the workplace, communication and influence, enabling cooperation, mental health and wellbeing, creating great cultures and sustainable business strategies.
As a psychologist, Ana focuses on the practical application of scientific research into the leadership and organisational development programmes she designs.

Ana is committed to helping people and organisations flourish, and is passionate about learning. A life-long learner herself, Ana is trained in psychology, coaching, business leadership, sustainable business strategies, positive psychology, strengths-based leadership and communication. She has received these qualifications from Harvard Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, University of East London, Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), and is a doctoral researcher in organisational psychology with the University of London. Ana is a member of the British Psychological Society; the Division of Occupational Psychology; the Special Group in Coaching Psychology; the Association of Business Psychologists; the International Coach Federation (ICF).
In addition to running the UK team for Turningpoint Leadership, Ana is director of coaching for the Coach Adviser coaching academy and she is a regular facilitator of executive education programmes for several universities and business schools.
Ana lives in the outskirts of London, UK with her husband, their two children and their beloved dog. Also a musician and songwriter, Ana enjoys spending time at the piano and working on music projects. She has released a few albums of originals over the years, including Echoes of Grace and the single You and Me which can be found across most online retailers and streaming platforms.
