Ana has expertise in leadership development, team effectiveness, positive psychology, building resilience, the psychology of performance, change management, positive organisations, and mental health and well-being.

With over 15 years of design, facilitation and evaluation of learning and development programmes, she specialises in instructional design and focuses on the practical application of scientific research into the leadership and organisational development programmes she designs.

Ana believes that learning is more than an event – learning is social and as such, people learn the most when they are part of a group of peers where there is psychological safety and freedom to experiment, test ideas, new concepts and tools, try new behaviours, co-create new approaches, and find solutions to real problems. People learn better when they have to therefore her programmes are always practical and focused on applicable content that is needed and will have the biggest impact on people’s real needs.
